Marion assisted us when we bought the property (4013 Venetian Bay Drive, Kissimmee, Florida 34741) in 2011 and we had no hesitation in asking her to assist us in the sale of the property in the autumn (fall) of 2021. The property was first offered to the tenants and subsequently to other buyers before the sale was finally completed at the end of January 2022. The sale was complicated by very limited access to the property due to the tenant's availability. For a number of frustrating reasons several sales fell through but throughout the whole process Marion maintained the same high professionalism that is her trademark. Her communication skills were excellent and she kept us fully up to date with progress at all times ( including holidays and weekends) and despite the time differences between the USA and the UK.!
